A Biblical Perspective on Current Events Archive

God has the answer to every dilemma that our world faces. He has placed prophetic voices throughout the earth to proclaim His truth and His justice. His truth solves every social, racial, economic, political, and religious problem. According to Ephesians 4, He has given apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to the church to equip believers to do His ministry.

True prophets are not little old men with long beards proclaiming the end of the world is near. God’s prophets are young and old, male and female. They declare the goodness of God and hope for the future. The Holy Spirit anoints them to courageously address the current issues of a society.

Our country has some serious issues to deal with. Unfortunately, Americans often look only to education and science to deal with their problems. God created education and science and uses these tools to do wonderful things in the earth. However, He is the Supreme Authority on all matters—not man’s intellectual knowledge.
